Shipping Policy
Delivery Information
Once your order has been placed, if the item is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your payment card and your order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. All orders over £150 have FREE Delivery. All orders below the value of £150 will have a £8 delivery charge.
We will send you tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.
All orders must be checked and signed for on delivery by the customer. Any damages or discrepancies must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of order.

Delivery of Hot Tubs & Swim Spas
Once we have received your order, we will contact you to arrange delivery. Delivery & installation is included. For all Spa orders, we will require a video of the site for access and to determine logistics. If a Crane is required then this will be at an additional cost to the customer.
Delivery of Ice Baths
Once we have received your order, we will contact you to arrange a day for delivery. All ice baths include delivery and if required installation.
Delivery of Barrel Saunas
Once we have received your order, we will contact you to arrange a day for delivery. All Barrel Saunas include delivery to UK Mainland.
Delivery of Garden Furniture & Pergolas
All of our Garden Furniture & Pergolas include free delivery. Delivery is within 5-7 Days. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched or the courier will contact you directly to book in a delivery day to suit if the item is extra large.
Delivery of Garden Rooms
All of our Garden Rooms include free delivery to England, however there is a surcharge for delivery to Wales and Scotland. We will contact you to arrange delivery of your garden room. If you would like a quotation for installation then please contact us at info@braxtedliving.co.uk, we have a dedicated team that can install your Garden Room.
Delivery of JORDAN Fitness Larger Items
Any large items will arrive on a pallet which will be curb side delivery only. The courier will contact you to let you know your delivery time slot.
If you refuse to accept delivery of your order for any other reason than the product being damaged in transit, you are liable for all outward and return freight charges incurred by your refusal. If it is found that any of the larger products upon delivery ‘will not fit’ through any doors/stairwells and the product is subsequently returned/refused, you are responsible for all outward and return carriage costs and a 15% re-stocking fee is applicable.
Delivery of Garage Storage Units
All of our Garage storage units include free delivery. Delivery of these items will be from 2 weeks unless you have chosen a bespoke colour option which the delivery time will be 4 weeks. Once you have placed your order, a member of our team will be in touch to arrange a delivery date for you.
